Track your habits

This guide shows how to build and keep a habit in AIPA using the Habit Tracker — add a habit, check it off each day, and grow a streak. Habits are part of the Productivity category and sync across your devices when you're signed in.

Steps

  1. Open the Habit Tracker. From the Features launcher, search "habits" and open Habit Tracker.
  2. Add a habit. Create a habit with a clear, small, daily action — "Read 10 minutes" beats "Read more."
  3. Check it off. Each day you do it, mark it complete. Your streak counter increases.
  4. Pair it with a reminder. Set a Reminder at a consistent time so the habit has a trigger.
  5. Review your streaks. Watch the streak grow; a visible streak is motivating and shows momentum at a glance.

Tips

  • Start tiny. A habit you can do in two minutes is easier to keep than an ambitious one.
  • Stack habits. Attach a new habit to an existing routine (e.g., "after coffee, journal one line").
  • Don't break the chain twice. Missing one day happens; the goal is to never miss two in a row.
  • Combine with the Daily Planner. Put the habit on your day's plan so it's intentional.

Honest note

The Habit Tracker tracks what you mark. It doesn't auto-detect that you did something — you check it off. That keeps it private and simple, but it relies on your honest input.

FAQ

Will I get reminded automatically?

Only if you set a reminder and allow notifications. The tracker itself records completions you mark.

Do streaks sync across devices?

Yes, when signed in with the same Google account. See Account & Sync.

Can I track more than one habit?

Yes — add as many habits as you want and check each off independently.
